Returns and Exchanges

 

Here is our return and exchange policy:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  If the product is clothing the return must be unworn and unwashed.

Our policy is to accept returns within the first 30 days of the ship date.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.  Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order.

International orders are not returnable at the current time.

 

All Invitation Packages are exempt from being returned. All sales of invitation packages are final.

 

There are certain situations where items are eligible for partial refunds (if applicable):

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received your items and verified the quality, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way. 


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package thoroughly for any damages or discrepancies.  You have 5 business days to notify us of any missing or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dashofpride.com and send your item to: 14815 SW 141st Ave, Tigard, OR, 97224, United States.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 14815 SW 141st Ave, Tigard, OR, 97224, United States. You are responsible for all shipping costs on returns.   

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
