How can I check my order for mistakes? 

Once you submit your order the printer will put together a digital proof for approval before final printing.  We allow one free round of edits after this proof is sent. Each additional requested edit will be $25.

  

How long does it take for paper products to ship (invitations, save the dates, thank you cards, etc.)?

Invitations and custom products require artwork preparation and printing, which typically takes 3-5 business days to complete after you place you order. Shipping usually takes between 5-10 business days. In total, you will typically receive your completed order within 2 to 3 weeks. 



Can we request expedited shipping on our Save the Dates, Invitations, paper products order?

Thank you for asking, great question! The current printing time is 3-5 business days, but we do offer expedited shipping.  This will be available to you at check out.


Can I return my Invites + Paper order?

All Invites + Paper orders are made to order and are final sale. You will be provided one digital proofing session via email before the order is printed. Upon receipt of your digital proof, you may make any requested edits at no charge.  Any edits you request after this initial round will incur a $25 fee. Once the proof is approved it is final. 

 

I am having a smaller wedding.  Can I order less than 50 invites?

Sorry, currently our minimum order for custom printing is 50 pieces. Many people appreciate the extra in case there are mistakes, last minute add ons or save them as momentos.

 

If I do not add in all of my guest’s addresses, will I receive blank envelopes?

Yes - all invitations will receive the same number of envelopes regardless of the amount of addresses you have.  

 

My order will be for  more invitations than there are guests. When using the guest addressing feature will I receive blank envelopes for the ones without addresses?

Yes, we will send any extra invitations you order without any guest addresses on them.

 

Will my order be sent directly to me if using the guest addressing feature?

Yes! We do not handle the mailing of any save the dates or invitations. *Postage will not be included with the sale of any Invitations Packages.

 

I made a few addressing mistakes and need more envelopes. Where can I order more?
